That said, they did a very good job, not a great job. And to be honest, this was really a movie about the Surfer, and the FF were secondary players - which is as it should be, given that the FF is weakly done here. There have been no good space movies in recent memory, and this was as close as we've gotten. The entire presence of the Silver Surfer, and the effects around him, brought this movie to an entirely different level. This movie blew me away, despite the presence of a lot of weaknesses.
